How much do you charge for your services?
We have a range of packages and programs depending on the kind of entertainment we create for you for your specific event.  Click here to tell us about your plans and we will be pleased to give you an estimate for your type of event.

Who will be the entertainers at my function?
Bill and Linette will always be at your event when scheduled. We do not send “cookie cutter” DJs to parties. You can expect to see both of us and the many years of experience we bring in creating lasting memories. For larger events, when we need more help, we employ the best staff in the business. Take note, many dates do fill quickly. If you have an interest in hiring us and wait too long, there is a good chance we won't be available.

How reputable is your company? Do you have insurance!
Very reputable, we have been in business since 1983 and have NEVER missed a performance for any reason. We won’t cancel out on you even if we have the opportunity to make twice as much at another event. Once you have decided to hire us and we have received your deposit, that date and time is yours. We have a business liability insurance policy. We are happy to provide a certificate of proof.

Can I meet with you prior to my event, or prior to booking and signing a contract?
Yes. It is encouraged. Stay away from anyone who does not allow this. We can show you everything we do in person! This is a lot of fun and there's no pressure whatsoever. The only problem we usually have is getting people to leave!

When do I need to book my entertainment?
As soon as possible. Since Bill and Linette are the people who will be entertaining at your event, it is important that when you are sure that we can deliver what you expect, you should make arrangements to lock in your date. Prime dates, especially on Saturday fill quickly.

Do you use professional equipment?
Only the BEST! Having retired from owning one of the most successful DJ equipment stores in the Northeast, we are experts in building and designing the most incredible entertainment systems available. Our extensive inventory allows us to provide top quality sound, lighting, and video services to thousands of guests at any venue. We know equipment and everything that is required to make things work effectively at your event.

Do you have backup equipment?
Yes. All of our systems are designed with backup capabilities built-in. In the unlikely event of a failure, more than likely you would never know it happened, or there would be minimal down time while making any necessary adjustments. We are very proud of our systems and love showing them off  so you can see how it’s done.

Can you provide music for my wedding ceremony?
Yes, that’s no problem at all. We do it all the time. We can even provide a separate “ceremony system” with a wireless microphone at an alternate location from your reception if necessary.

Can other musicians and/or vendors plug into our equipment?
Yes. As well as entertainment, we also offer sound, lighting, and video contracting services and consider ourselves audio/visual experts. It is our pleasure to accommodate anyone within the scope of our capabilities.

I know exactly what I’m looking for, can you accommodate me? Will the DJ take over my party?
Your event, your way, is what we are all about. Very few DJ companies have provided entertainment at the variety of events we have performed at over the years. You are welcome and encouraged to provide as much input as you want so that we can be sure to deliver above and beyond your expectations. The amount of interaction at your party depends on you. We can be classy, quiet, and low key, wild and crazy outgoing party motivators, or anything in between. Some people want fancy lighting, party props, and games, along with an “active” entertainer. Others do not. We do not have a “default” show.

I’ve never hired a DJ, I don’t know anything. Can you help me?
Yes of course. We have tons of experience organizing and producing thousands of events. This is an area that really sets us apart from the competition. We are glad to offer a personal consultation to discuss every detail of your event. We’ll help provide some guidance so that what you're thinking can become reality. WARNING: Be careful here! This is where you can make the mistake of hiring that stereotypical lousy DJ that thinks all events are the same and all about him! These DJ’s huge egos are their own worst enemy. Run away from anyone that tells you something has to be done a certain way or their specialty is the chicken dance.

Do you take requests?
YES of course! Playing the music people want to hear makes them happy so they want to dance and have fun. Nothing makes you feel better than hearing the song you just asked the DJ to play. Although those hiring us always have the final decision on the music that gets played. Our detailed song selection sheets, extensive music lists, and on-line planning tools make it easy for you to decide. A do not playlist is deemed equally as important.

How many songs do you have? Is your music collection legal?
We have virtually every song that was ever a hit from the beginning of time. We have a 99.9% success rate in filling requests at every party. If we don't have it we'll get it. No problem.

Our music and video collection is legitimate and nothing has been downloaded illegaly. Since 1991, we have subscribed to the same service that provides all of the new music to radio stations across the country. We get all of the latest hits every month usually well before you will hear them on the radio.

Can I plan my event on-line?
Absolutely! You can prepare music selections, timelines, and any formalities. We have templates for all types of events. Save your work and come back as often as you like to make changes. Your guests can also make on-line requests that you decide if you want to add to your final playlist. You're in complete control from within your private login area. Everyone also has the ability to search our huge database of over 200,000 titles! How cool is that!

Can I come to see you at another function?
No, sorry. We have yet to find anyone that wants uninvited guests crashing their event checking out the entertainment. Besides, all events are different. Something that might be appropriate for one may be unacceptable for another. 

Do you have any videos of your performances?
YES, many! We have videos from all types of weddings and other events on-line. We don’t have a “generic” video that makes us look great that we distribute at random. There are numerous clips from actual events and we explain the type of function it was in advance. Every event is different and we have a nice selection from a variety of weddings and other fun events. We respect our client’s privacy. In order to view videos please click here.

How will you be dressed at my event?
We will dress any way you like. Tuxedo, suit, casual, jeans, shorts and t-shirt, it’s your choice.

When will you arrive to set up?
Depending on the scope of the festivities, usually one to twenty-four hours. We always allow enough time to accomplish our assigned duties flawlessly, regardless of what we are specifically doing for you.

Are we required to feed you at our event?
Yes please. If you are having a meal, please include us in your final dinner count. If it is an event where no meal will be served, no big deal. We like to enjoy being part of the party and not treated like the hired help. When hiring entartainment of an upscale nature like ourselves we believe we should be treated with respect. Think about it. We're there to show everyone a great time. Some venues are known for tossing DJs in the back room with a bad sandwich while everyone else is having a nice meal. How would that make you feel?

What do I need to do to hold my date?
We will hold and guarantee your date pending the receipt of a deposit with a signed contract. For clients interested in using our services that wish to meet with us prior to booking, we will put a “soft hold” on your date if you can schedule an appointment and meet with us within a reasonable amount of time. We will give you first refusal before meeting with someone else. However it is still not guaranteed. Since many premium dates fill quickly, and much of our business comes from referrals, if another client wants us for your date and makes a deposit, we would no longer be available.
