When is your event? What time, where?
How many guests will there be? Age groups?
What specific services and staff is required?
What equipment will be needed?
How long is the function?
How much planning is involved?
Will we need to travel?
How do you get the best rate?
Here are some ideas to consider...
Plan your event other than on a Saturday.
Keep the event small under 100 people.
Require services for 4 hours or less.
Don't add any extras.
Ask for a trainee new to the business with less experience. (Not suggested for weddings)
